Exciting news for all pet lovers in the capital! Delhi’s Municipal Corporation has commenced the development of an exclusive dog park close to Jangpura (South Delhi)

The idea behind this construction is to provide an off-leash safe space for the doggos to play and socialize with other pets. The park would be situated afar from the residential areas.

According to an Mcd official, the park will have a sand play area, pet product stores, a pet café, a pet daycare, a swimming pool area, and a special area for defecation as well.“Running, swimming, trailing, training for retrieving, guide and rescue, herding, tracking, and other activities will be taught to the pets for enhancing their mental and physical health,” said the official. Moreover, the park will have medical and grooming facilities for pets.

The park will be fenced with dense vegetation. There’ll be a seating area for visitors, a parking facility, and a party area for dogs! A prerequisite for accessing these facilities is the registration of pets. The facility will provide registration counters for the same.
