Voice of Stray Dogs is the WORLD’S LARGEST dog sanctuary & rescue situated in Bangalore that has rescued close to 8000 dogs and has 800 resident dogs to date. With an in-house medical clinic, they’re equipped for basic treatment, as most of them have a medical history. 100% dogs get regular medical check-ups, weekly tick & flea treatments, quarterly deworming, annual vaccinations & the best nutrition available.

While all medicine and paravets are locally available, but all the critical treatment and diagnostics can only happen in Bangalore - which is a 150 kms round trip with at least 8 hrs of driving and wait time – in short it is BAD news! VOSD urgently needs a fully equipped hospital and a revamped medical facility to take on more such critical cases. The planned layout includes 3 OPD rooms, 1 OPT, 30 Kennels especially climate controlled for rescued pups, 2 vet quarters & 1 Hydrotherapy pool for aging dogs as well as some quality medical equipments.
