The Pet Fed Passport is a membership program that allows participants to attend events organized by Pet Fed under certain terms and conditions.
The membership is limited to one per family. One membership will be issued per pet or per human, whichever is lesser.
You can get one free ticket per event upon purchasing at least one ticket for the same event. A maximum of one free ticket can be claimed per event from one Passport.
The membership is valid for one year from the date of issue.
You need to fill out the redemption form at least 48 hours before the event's start date to claim your free ticket.
Only one stamp or sticker will be issued per event for events attended after the membership is issued. Stamps are issued only during the event duration.
Pet Fed will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the Pet Passport, and replacements will not be issued under any circumstance.
The Passport/Membership is non-cancellable and non-transferable.
Any tampering with the Passport will result in immediate cancellation of the membership and the Passport.
Membership benefits cannot be clubbed or combined with any other ongoing offers.
It is the member's responsibility to carry the Pet Passport to subsequent events and ensure it is stamped. The Passport will not be stamped in the absence of the member and pet.
