Pet Food Brand Benny's Bowl Receives $300K in Pre-seed Funding

Benny's Bowl is on the rise, being the fastest growing fresh Pet food company in India. On top of that, Benny's Bowl has recently acquired $ 300K in a pre-seed round led by Ashish Hemrajani, CEO of BookMyShow. Other key investors who participated in the investment round were: HareshChawla, Japan Angel Fund, BT's Inc Japan, Tailwind Ventures (led by Vivek Goel & Amit Dalmia) after Rajesh Sawhney and other High Networth Individuals.

Benny's Bowl is creating a difference in the pet food industry with its fresh food using 100% real ingredients and zero preservatives or artificial additives. The brand promise is to ensure that the dogs eat fresh and healthy food just like they deserve. To deliver on their promise, Benny's Bowl uses the same technology for food packaging that is used to pack food for astronauts. With this technology, Benny's Bowl's meals stay fresh for up to 2 years without the need for refrigeration.

With the secured fund, Benny's Bowl plans to bring further innovation in their product line and create awareness on how feeding fresh can improve the pet's health, quality of life, and also their lifespan. In the next 6 months, the company has plans to expand the product line by adding 5 more recipes along with a range of freshly made meal toppers & treats. The company currently offers exclusive recipes for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian households.
