At Pet Fed (A Venture of Mydea Ventures Pvt. Ltd.), we do not ship any physical products. All our offerings are in the form of event tickets, which are delivered digitally via email immediately upon successful purchase.

Ticket Delivery:
Your ticket(s) will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
If you do not receive your ticket(s) within 30 minutes of booking, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Still can't find it? Reach out to us at info@petfedindia.com, and we’ll resend your ticket.

Returns:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on ticket purchases. All sales are final.
However, tickets can be transferred to a friend or family member if you’re unable to attend.
