Welcome to Pet Fed (A Venture of Mydea Ventures Pvt. Ltd.)! By using our website or attending any Pet Fed event, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a safe and smooth experience for you and your pet.

1. Ticketing & Entry
All tickets are valid only for the specific date and time mentioned at purchase.
Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket and government-issued ID (if requested).
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us, but are transferable.
Pet activity entries (e.g. fashion shows, talent contests) are subject to availability and may be altered or rescheduled.

2. Pet Safety & Guidelines
Pets must remain on a short leash or in a carrier at all times, except in designated off-leash zones. You are responsible for carrying updated vaccination records. Spot checks may be conducted. Please clean up after your pet disposal bins will be provided across the venue.

3. Your Responsibility as a Pet Parent
You are solely responsible for your pet’s health, safety, and behavior during the event. Pet Fed (A Venture of Mydea Ventures Pvt. Ltd.) and its partners are not liable for any injury, illness, or incident caused by or to your pet. You agree to indemnify Pet Fed from any claims arising out of your or your pet’s actions.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling
No refunds will be issued unless an event is cancelled by us. In case of rescheduling, your existing ticket will remain valid for the new date. Any activity-based slots are subject to change and will be communicated via official channels.

5. Photos, Videos & Content Usage
By entering a Pet Fed (A Venture of Mydea Ventures Pvt. Ltd.) event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Pet Fed reserves the right to use images or videos featuring you and your pet for promotional and commercial purposes. All media and content created at events remain the property of Pet Fed.

6. Collaborations & Third-Party Engagements
Some activities or giveaways may be managed by brand partners. While we curate these collaborations, Pet Fed (A Venture of Mydea Ventures Pvt. Ltd.) is not liable for services or products provided by third parties.

7. Intellectual Property
All logos, images, content, and branding on our site and at our events belong to Mydea Ventures Pvt. Ltd. Please don’t reuse or reproduce anything without prior permission.

8. Privacy & Data Use
We collect basic data to improve your experience and send event-related updates.
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing without consent.
