Welcome to Pet Fed (A Venture of Mydea Ventures Pvt. Ltd.). By accessing or using this website, purchasing event tickets, ordering merchandise, or participating in any Pet Fed event, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Pet Fed website and all products, services, events, and merchandise offered through it.
Pet Fed reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Services

Pet Fed offers:

  • Event tickets for Pet Fed festivals, exhibitions, workshops, competitions, and experiences.
  • Official Pet Fed merchandise, including personalised and non-personalised products.
  • Other products, services, memberships, promotions, or experiences that may be introduced from time to time.

All products and services are subject to availability.

3. Event Tickets

Ticket Eligibility

  • Tickets are required for all human attendees aged 4 years and above, unless otherwise specified.
  • Pets may attend free of charge, subject to Pet Fed's health and safety guidelines.

Ticket Validity

  • Tickets are valid only for the event, venue, date, and time mentioned at the time of purchase.
  • Tickets may be transferred unless otherwise stated by Pet Fed.

Entry & Re-entry

  • Entry is permitted only upon presentation of a valid ticket or booking confirmation.
  • Re-entry is permitted only if the attendee is wearing the official event wristband, stamp, or pass issued by Pet Fed.

Ticket Cancellation & Refunds

  • All ticket purchases are final.
  • Tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
  • In the event that Pet Fed cancels or reschedules an event, customers will be informed of the available options.

Convenience Fee

An internet handling, convenience, or platform fee may be applicable to certain purchases and will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

4. Merchandise Orders

Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display product colours, designs, sizes, specifications, and images. However, slight variations in colour, texture, print placement, finishing, or packaging may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, and manufacturing variations. Such differences shall not be considered defects.

Personalised Products

Products such as the Personalised Pet Aadhaar Card, Pet Passport, and other customised merchandise are manufactured specifically using the details submitted by the customer.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all names, photographs, dates, and other information provided during checkout are accurate.
Pet Fed shall not be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Applicable taxes, if any, will be displayed during checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments are processed through secure payment gateways.
  • Orders will only be confirmed after successful payment authorization.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated production and shipping timelines are mentioned on the respective product pages.
Production time and courier delivery time are separate estimates.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order has been dispatched, Pet Fed shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Personalised Merchandise

As personalized products are custom-made exclusively for each customer, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once production has begun.

Non-Personalised Merchandise

Returns are generally not accepted unless:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition.
  • A manufacturing defect is found.
  • An incorrect product has been delivered.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • An unboxing video.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

Approved claims will be replaced at no additional cost.

8. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Pet Fed reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect pricing due to technical errors.
  • Product unavailability.
  • Payment issues.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate billing and shipping information.
  • Uploading clear and correct photographs for personalised products.
  • Reviewing all order details before completing the purchase.
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.

Pet Fed shall not be responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect customer information.

10. Pet Event Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

  • Pets attending the event should be healthy, free from contagious illnesses, ticks, fleas, or other parasites, and up to date on their vaccinations.
  • Dogs must remain on a leash unless otherwise instructed.
  • Cats should remain safely secured in carriers or harnesses where appropriate.
  • Aggressive pets must remain securely controlled at all times.
  • Pet parents are solely responsible for the behaviour, safety, and well-being of their pets.
  • Owners must promptly clean up after their pets and follow the instructions of the Pet Fed team.

Pet Fed reserves the right to deny entry or remove any pet that may pose a risk to other attendees, pets, exhibitors, or event staff.

11. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow guests, exhibitors, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, event staff, and animals.

Pet Fed reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee without refund if they:

  • Engage in abusive, threatening, violent, or inappropriate behaviour.
  • Endanger other attendees or animals.
  • Damage event property.
  • Fail to comply with instructions issued by event organisers.

12. Changes to Events & Services

Pet Fed reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, relocate, discontinue, or cancel any event, activity, competition, workshop, exhibitor participation, speaker session, promotion, product, or service without prior notice whenever necessary.

13. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Pet Fed website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, illustrations, product designs, artwork, photographs, videos, written content, merchandise designs, and digital assets, is the exclusive property of Pet Fed (A Venture of Mydea Ventures Pvt. Ltd.).
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

Pet Fed shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier companies.
  • Incorrect customer information submitted during purchase.
  • Loss or damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear of merchandise.
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings at events.
  • Injury, illness, accident, or damage involving attendees or pets during events.
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

15. Photography & Media

By attending any Pet Fed event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
Pet Fed reserves the right to use such photographs, videos, and recordings for promotional, advertising, editorial, marketing, social media, and commercial purposes without additional notice or compensation.

16. Force Majeure

Pet Fed shall not be held responsible for any delay, interruption, cancellation, or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.

17. Privacy

Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information collected for personalised merchandise is used solely for manufacturing, processing, fulfilling, and delivering your order.
